The NOC provides several vital functions that are vital for our clients’ success.

  • We interface with the TEKZYS SOC and analyze the alerts generated by them to determine if immediate action is needed. The NOC, having in depth knowledge of a customer’s particular configuration takes action on alerts or logs them if they are of a benign nature in the specified environment.

  • The NOC monitors clients networking equipment for reliability, stability, and security.
  • We manage customer projects, customer vendors, and third-party contracts.
  • End User Support is located within the NOC
  • We maintain and manage a network of developers, technicians, and installers across the USA and Internationally so that we can dispatch resources to our client locations quickly and efficiently.
